PAUSE Training Programs for Coaches
Facilitated by Báirbre Meehan, the program consists of:
- Six month duration
- Six in-person days, comprising 3 workshops of 2 days each (Mondays and Tuesdays)
- Four on-line group sessions, 2x three-hour sessions between each workshop (All Monday, 9am-12pm)
Experiential Workshops
After completing these experiential workshops you will have:
Workshop 1: developed an understanding of the focusing process and begin to connect with your felt experience of what is happening in your own life, enabling you to be a listening companion to yourselves and others.
Workshop 2: an understanding of the key concepts, processes and skills of a Focusing-Oriented coach and will be equipped to start using focusing in your one-on-one coaching.
Workshop 3: a deeper understanding of the intricacies and complexities of focusing-oriented coaching, supporting increased confidence and greater fluency in helping yourself and your clients be and stay in the ‘here and now’.
After completing these experiential workshops you will be invited to:
After Workshop 1: Form a focusing partnership with another program participant, meeting weekly or fortnightly for 30-60 minutes on-line, as you support each other on your focusing journey.
After Workshop 2: Join our on-line group supervision to support you, as you introduce focusing into your coaching.
After Workshop 3: Join our FOC community, which meets 2-3 times a year, to share the latest developments, deepen your knowledge and skills, attend supervision … all while having fun and enhancing your coaching network.

Individuals
If individually funded; paying as a private individual, self-employed or independent coach: €3,500 plus VAT
Sponsored
You are attending as an in-house coach, facilitator, behavioural change or organisation consultant funded by a substantial business: €5,500 plus VAT
How to Book
Places on this program are limited to a small number and interest in the program is high.

Places are secured upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a non-refundable deposit of €500.

Our Focusing-Oriented Coaching community gatherings are an opportunity to connect with other Focusing-Oriented coaches, expanding your learning, deepening your knowledge, honing your skills and networking in a creative and fun environment. The community, facilitated by Báirbre Meehan, meets twice on-line and once in person (Dublin) each year, with the aim of deepening our practice, supporting each other’s work and expanding our network.
