What to expect
Coaching Sessions
Our first session will overview your coaching journey; where are we starting from, where are we going, what will success look like and what might be key milestones, along the way. Together we will define a set of coaching objectives, which we will check in against and track progress as our journey together progresses.
Coaching always follows the client’s agenda. We will break down our coaching objectives into achievable session agendas. As you are supported to connect to the wisdom of your body in relation to your agenda, you learn to trust your bodily felt-experience and deepen your connection with and understanding of yourself. We will review your objectives regularly acknowledging new awareness, insights and progress made within and between our coaching sessions.
Sessions take place in a private space, generally on line via Zoom or in-person if agreed in advance. 6-8 sessions are the recommended number, taking place over a period of c6 months. The initial sessions are 90 minutes in length, taking place at 1-2 week intervals and extending to 3-4 week intervals for latter sessions.
